Capacity Media encourages all delegates to check their visa requirements for the United States before travelling.

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating you wish to attend an event organised by Capacity Media. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to info@capacitymedia.com.

All delegates will need to check the latest travel requirements and any restrictions that may be relevant before travelling to the United States. These requirements can be found on the website of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country. A full list of U.S. Diplomatic Missions can be found here. These requirements may change at short notice, and so we encourage you to regularly check the website.
