With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Andy has developed and implemented numerous submarine network systems totalling over 260,000km of global, international, and regional networks to deliver disruptive, sustainable connectivity into regions that previously suffered with a non-competitive environment. 

His expertise includes not only a background in engineering, but a holistic approach to operating a business which enables stability and efficiency in start-up and fast-growth environments. 

Throughout his career, he has developed a strategic approach to developing organisational strength and agility which recognises the importance of people to making a company successful.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with has family, keeping busy with DIY projects, and travelling to sunny locations.
